Until I started going to G&C, I hated taking my car in for service. It was a dread that rivaled going to the dentist. Now I feel perfectly safe and comfortable having work done on my car. They provide pictures of what’s wrong, tell me how long it is before I need to have it fixed, and give me options. They talk to me as if I’m a competent human being rather than a little lady with a tiny lady brain. It’s refreshing to know that if they tell me that I need work done, I know why I’m spending the money. I don’t leave feeling like I’ve been tricked.
