Had tires delivered direct to G&C from Tire Buyer Direct. They called and scheduled an install and were very professional throughout the process. Opted to have my front end aligned and now it drives very smooth. Will return for future services.

I found this business over 5 years ago. I have used them exclusively since my first transaction, and hope top continue doing so in perpetuity. They are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, meticulous, thorough, friendly, honest, and professional. I won't have my vehicles serviced anywhere else.

I’m at a loss for words...they are - hands down -THE BEST auto service company we’ve ever used! and we’ve used tons in pwc. First, Dave is the best! He was professional & polite EVERY TIME WE SPOKE ... which is unheard of these days. Second, instead of taking our money, they called & told us what we should do - which saved us $3k!!! What company does that?!!? G & C does; that’s who! Honesty & integrity. Those are qualities which are very hard to find these days. We will use G & C from now on. Oh, and they are veteran-owned & their employees volunteer in our - PWC - community! Top notch company!

Not the smoothest service appointment I have had with you. Called last Monday to set up appointment to have tires installed that I had ordered to be delivered to G&C. Gentleman on the phone said there was nothing I needed to do, they would call me to set up the appointment once they were delivered. They were delivered Thursday afternoon but I didn't hear from the shop. No big deal as they had come in the late afternoon. Friday came and went with no contact. I called on this Monday and a nice man checked and the tires were delivered but they forgot to call. Set up an appointment for Thursday, brought the car in before business hours for the 0700 appointment and utilized the drop box. Got contacted about 1130 and was asked if I was dropping off my car or did I need to reschedule? I said well unless my car was stolen it should be in the lot. They inquired as to whether I had dropped it off in Manassas or perhaps the Chantilly location. I chuckled and said Manassas. Was informed they had looked but car was not on the lot and they had no key for it but they would look again. Contacted again to say they found my car and key had gotten stuck in the drop box. After car was serviced I was contacted and I asked if I could pay with my card and pick up the car after hours using the outdoor keysafe. Payment was taken and I waited for the keysafe code to be texted. Waited about half an hour and called before shop closed to find out the text was sent to the wrong #. Text was resent and I received it. Oh well, stuff happens and this was just one of those things. Won't stop me from coming back and enjoying the normally good experience.
