Oil change and fuel filters on 2018 Dodge Ram 2500 $600.00 yes you heard right $600.00. Already started work when they called with price. To late to decline. Took 7 hrs. Had same job done Warrenton jiffy lube for under 300. He said I don’t believe it. Basically calling me a liar. I have receipt to prove it. Got the fuel filters changed when I lived in Texas for $189 have receipt to prove it. Total rip off. I would have declined the work if they had given me the price before they started. Had me over a barrel. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

After driving my Car for about a year and in and out of another tire dealer a few times for tire related vibrations, I decided to call around and find a shop to Road Force Balance and Rotate the tires. I called a couple of shops, and one of them was [email protected] in Manassas and Dave Markell discussed the entire procedure with me in detail and answered all of my questions completely. Because he took his time to do this, I made an appointment about a week later, and they took the car in and completed the Job, also giving me the specifications of how each tire came out on this machine in terms of its actual road force exerted. In addition, they recommended in the future possible replacement of 1 tire, or 2 to be safe, however, this tire was moved to the rear where any balance issues were less likely to happen. All 4 tires only had approx. 10K on them wearing very evenly. For the first time in a year, my 60-65mph vibration is gone and I couldn't be happier about that. Fantastic Job and I will go back to this shop in the future because they did it right the first time and couldn't have been nicer. BTW, Road Force Balancing is far superior to other methods and although it may be more expensive, its well worth it.

From Start to Finish, Dave and the Technicians at the Manassas location did a fantastic job on a Road Force Balance on my 2004 Cadillac DHS. An annoying vibration that I lived with for almost a year is now gone. Another shop tried to fix this problem but could not. I will go back to this shop and they did it right the first time. Very much appreciated and well worth the extra cost of Road Force Balance.
