I first learned about G&C Auto Service from a great groupon deal. I have learned from that redemption how much their customer service and professionalism shine through. They are completely thorough in the work they do, give you a no BS assessment of what does or doesn't need to be done right away. At no time was I pressured to buy. They have wifi, a courtesy car, and even a golf putt for when you wait. I'll definitely be going back.

I brought my car in for an Oil Change and Tire rotation with that great Groupon deal.Unlike most other auto-service places, they don't put the hard sell on you trying to get you to add a bunch of services. They brought me to my office after I dropped the car off and then picked up when it was done. I like that they drive to my office in my car. That gives them the ability to hear any little things that might sound off.Overall, it was a good eperience and I'll go back.

Humph, well, I didn't get my free oil change with my first visit but I did get a free emissions test ;) they also drove my car to their Chantilly location for me because they weren't able to do it at the Manassas location yet. (Star numero uno)I was having brake issues and due for my emissions test so after some searching on yahoo local I found these guys had a good reputation for their honesty-exactly what I am looking for in a garage.I've been in Manassas for 2 years and while I haven't had any terrible experiences, this was my first memorable one.Brian and Bobby were both nice, informative and thorough (Star 2). I felt as if they honestly cared about MY best interest by helping me prioritize what work really needed to be done this instant and what could wait. (Star 3) They took their time to explain the pros and cons of completing each repair and maintenance order. They didn't try to get me to replace a bunch of belts or hoses or do a handful of flushes with the threat that I will soon be standing by the side of the road with a smoking car like most garages do when they see a woman pull up with a baby on their hip. (Star 4) Finally, they offer a pick up, drop off and loaner car service. Brian went out of his way to make sure that I was not inconvenienced by getting work done on my car. (Star 5)This is the kind of place I would recommend a father send his daughter to get car work done. I am pleased to have unearthed another little gem of Manassas.

I stopped by G&C for some routine maintenance on my car. They provided me an estimate up front, and the total cost at the end was within the estimate! I waited while the work was performed and took advantage of the free wireless Internet; My boss will never know I wasn't at my desk! I was impressed by the friendly staff, and the timeliness and quality of the work. I will return to G&C again in the future.
